Job Title: Graphic Production & Customer Service Specialist (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Woodbury, MN
Pay: $18-$23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8am-4:30pm

Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Graphic Production & Customer Service Specialist This role combines graphic design, production support, and customer service. The ideal candidate has experience with design software, enjoys working in a hands-on environment, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and prepare artwork for production using Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW
- Develop product mockups for customer approval
- Assist with order processing, scheduling, and job setup
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the order process
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
- Package finished products and prepare orders for delivery or shipment
- Assist with production tasks such as heat pressing and laser engraving
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW required
- Familiarity with Wilcom Embroidery Software is a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
