Job Details
Responsibilities
- Manage Talent Acquisition efforts for employees and interns
- Implement Strategic Planning goals as directed by the Partners and Directors
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires and interns
- Serve as liaison to Benefits vendor for enrollment and questions from staff
- Coordinate 401K and Financial advisory benefits activity annually
- Ensure policy compliance for Employee Relations issues. Advise for attorney involvement
- Keep Employee Handbook updated
- Support Supervisors through all aspects of Performance Management
To be successful in this position you will ideally have:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7-10 years’ experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- SHRM certification a plus (not required)
- Skilled in with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
