Location: Camp Lejeune - Jacksonville, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30-4:30
Status: Civilian Position – Support the Military Community

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of military service members, retirees, and their families. As an LVN/LPN in our Referral Management Center, you’ll be part of a vital operation ensuring patients receive timely access to the specialty care they need—all while working in a collaborative, structured environment on Camp Lejeune.What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the central point of contact for specialty care referrals
• Review referral documentation for completeness and compliance
• Coordinate with military and network providers to schedule and manage care
• Educate patients about specialty procedures, labs, and appointments
• Conduct first-level referral reviews and triage cases for case management
• Track referral status, obtain follow-up reports, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth and timely care delivery

What You Bring:

• Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license (any U.S. state)
• Graduation from a NLNAC or CCNE-accredited nursing program
• 2+ years of recent healthcare administrative experience (preferred)
• Understanding of TRICARE policies and military healthcare systems
• Familiarity with InterQual, Milliman guidelines, and clinical coding (ICD-9, CPT-4, DRGs)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical systems
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Must be able to obtain facility security clearance
