Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential support in a dynamic K-12 public and parochial school environment in Saint Joseph, MN. Serving three single-section school sites, this contract position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills from kindergarten through fifth grade.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of up to 40 students in grades K-5.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Manage speech therapy schedules across three school sites, two of which are conveniently located across the street from each other.
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports for each student served.
- Adhere to school district policies and maintain confidentiality standards.
- Provide hands-on in-person support; this role does not support virtual service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with experience in school-based settings.
- Ability to support a K-12 student population across multiple sites.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with school teams.
- Flexibility to work a split-week schedule typically including Monday/Wednesday 0.5 days and Friday, and Tuesday/Wednesday 0.5 days and Friday.
- Commitment to student success and professional development.
Location: Saint Joseph, MNwork across three local schools including both public and parochial settings.

- This is a Contract opportunity for the current school year (CSY).
