Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? Join our fast-paced and dynamic team in the automotive industry as a Cash Receipts Banking Specialist. We're looking for someone who can ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing daily financial transactions and supporting our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately post and reconcile incoming payments (cash, check, ACH, wire transfers)
Maintain daily cash receipt logs and ensure timely posting of transactions
Work closely with dealerships, service and sales departments, to resolve discrepancies
Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end close processes
Monitor and report on unapplied cash or payment variances
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cash receipts, accounts receivable, or general accounting (automotive industry experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with accounting software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar automotive systems preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
