Responsibilities:

1. Source and manage fuel supply (diesel, gasoline, alt fuels) and transportation carriers
2. Negotiate fuel pricing, delivery terms, and vendor contracts
3. Monitor markets and supply chain risks to optimize buying strategy
4. Manage sensitive client and pricing data with discretion
5. Collaborate with operations, finance, and leadership
6. Maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented work environment
7. Lead by example—this is a hands-on role with strategic impact

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years in fuel procurement, transportation, or energy supply chain
2. Experience with fuel pricing structures, carrier sourcing, and national markets
3. Strong vendor negotiation skills
4. High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
5. Proficiency with Excel and procurement tools
6. No drama—just focus, results, and a can-do attitude
