About the Role:

The Clinical RN, Nurse Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care within our healthcare facility. This position is responsible for managing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing best practices in patient care. The Nurse Manager will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance patient care protocols, ultimately improving patient outcomes. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. The end result of this position is to create a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for both patients and staff, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently met.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state MD and DC .
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
  • Certification in Nurse Management or Leadership.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate Medical Assistant and Nursing staff activities to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
  • Monitor patient care metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
