Job Description
Terranova is seeking a Full Desk Account Manager / Recruiter to own both the client relationship and recruiting delivery for a portfolio of accounts. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing client partnerships, and executing end‑to‑end recruiting across roles brought in by clients.
This is a true full‑desk position—ideal for an staffing Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering high‑quality talent with accountability from intake to offer.
What You’ll Do
Client Development & Account Management
- Build and manage a portfolio of client relationships through proactive outreach (cold calling/emailing), referrals, and expansion of new and existing accounts
- Partner directly with business leaders and in‑house Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring needs, workforce goals, and timelines
- Lead client intake meetings, define search strategy, and set clear expectations around process and delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring lifecycle
Recruiting & Talent Delivery
- Execute full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and placement
- Develop tailored recruiting strategies aligned with each client’s business objectives
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline across priority skill sets
- Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience from first conversation through placement
Revenue & Performance Ownership
- Own revenue generation across your desk, including new placements and account growth
- Meet or exceed individual placement, revenue, and activity goals
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasts, and reporting with accuracy and consistency
Partnership & Representation
- Represent Terranova as a trusted talent partner—not a transactional staffing vendor
- Collaborate with internal leadership to continuously improve process, tools, and delivery quality
- Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring dynamics relevant to your focus areas
Administrative
- Documentation of client meetings and account updates in the CRM (Bullhorn)
- Documentation of candidate profiles, interview status and hires in the ATS (Bullhorn)
- Overall organization of the account portfolio to ensure proper services sold, hiring met and billing executed
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in full‑desk recruiting or staffing at a staffing agency
- Proven success managing both business development and recruiting delivery
- Experience working directly with hiring managers, executives, or TA partners
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality

Compensation
Base: $70k
Commission: Uncapped at 40%
Bonus: Tiered based on annual revenue generated
RSU Plan: Tiered based on annual revenue generated
