Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-focused Insurance Verification and Patient Services Coordinator. In this role, you'll verify patient insurance, update benefit data, assist with testing coordination, answer phones, and support occasional patient check-ins or scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify insurance, copays, and deductibles

  • Document benefit details in patient records

  • Support QB testing and upload reports

  • Review patient balances and reconcile payments

  • Assist with inbound calls and appointment management

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years healthcare admin experience (preferably behavioral health)

  • Familiarity with insurance portals and verification workflows

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred:

  • QB testing experience

  • Spanish-speaking

  • Military-affiliated candidates encouraged to apply

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays
