We are currently looking to fill a Logistics Clerk position that will be based in Fresno, California.

Position Summary:
The Logistics Clerk is responsible for the timely and efficient movement of inventory,
processing shipments, including pick/pack, and managing inventory integrity using the ERP
system and scanner applications.
In addition, the Logistics Clerk supports the Logistics Coordinator and/or the Logistics Specialist with tasks, while meeting productivity and safety standards.

Key Accountabilities
- Perform duties related to receiving and shipping machines, machine parts, spares, laminate, labels, inks, and other commodities as required.
- Creation of documentation needed for movement of goods by inputting accurate information into the TMS module daily.
- Transacting inventory for shipments, movements and adjustments by scanner or ERP module, ensuring accuracy of transactions.
- Performing cycle counts on an established schedule to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Verify merchandise and organize distribution, preparing related documents.
- Maintains storage and receiving areas to support site sanitation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, dispatch and shipping documentation via Sinclair’s ERP system and other associated software, carrier specific systems, and manually generated documents, as required.
- Ensure that all outgoing shipments match sales orders, including correct items, quantities, and labeling.
- Ensure outbound and inbound shipments comply with company and legal standards, including international shipping if applicable.
- Pulls and prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct items, quantities and labeling are validated and determines the best shipping method based on delivery requirements, cost and transit times.
- Maintain scheduled shipment timelines to meet delivery commitments and avoid delays.
- Securely pack products and complete the required shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, labels, manifests).
- Receive deliveries in ERP system, choose best inventory placement, check for accuracy against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or defects.

- Promptly enter receipt information into inventory via ERP systems and report discrepancies.
- Timely communicate issues such as shortages, overages, or damaged goods for resolution.

- Responsible for the timely and accurate movement of materials, components, and finished goods within the warehouse to ensure continuous support of production operations.
- Follow all workplace safety policies and use equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and properly.
- Will operate dolly, pallet jack (manual and/or electric), and forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment; operate shrink wrap machine.
- Transport product to and from designated areas as directed.
- Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or control standards.

Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience working in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse setting.
- 2+ years’ experience with domestic & international shipments
- Experience with export documentation preparation
- Experience with inventory control
- Current forklift certificate
Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in the English language.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and convert to various units of measure.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Hands-on experience preparing shipments, verifying incoming goods, and handling documentation (packing slips, bills of lading, etc.).
- Bilingual in Spanish highly desirable
- Previous ERP experience.
