Job Description
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as General Laborers. This entry-level role involves assisting in the manufacturing, handling, and storage of reinforced concrete pipe and precast products in a physically demanding, outdoor environment.
Responsibilities
- Mix materials to help mold the product.
- Perform machine upkeep and maintenance.
- Patch pipes as needed.
- Read tape measures and blueprints on a daily basis.
- Prepare, clean, and stage molds for concrete production.
- Pour, finish, and remove concrete from forms.
- Assist with preventative maintenance of plant equipment.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Experience in construction or concrete work is highly preferred.
- Blueprint reading skills are a plus.
- Ability to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day.
- Strong attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with forklifts, hand tools, and power tools.
- Machine operating skills.
- Experience in general labor, construction, and production environments.

Work Environment
This is a concrete plant environment, which can be dirty, loud, dusty, hot, and cold. The shift is from 7 am to 5 pm, with four 10-hour shifts. Flexibility and willingness to work overtime on Fridays are needed, with 10-20 hours of OT available per week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
