Pride Health is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to support our client’s medical facility based in New Jersey.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, competitive pay and benefits, and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization
Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Paramus, NJ 07652
Pay Rate- $20/hr. - $23/hr.
Duration- 3 months+ possible extension
Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Job Duties
- Acts as the first point of contact for the Human Resources department for incoming employees, applicants, and visitors.
- Coordinates the Recruitment efforts supporting the on-boarding process for staff hires of the health system and other areas of Human Resources, as needed.
Required
- High School diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of office type support/administrative experience required.
