Franchise Growth Marketing Manager

Location:
Near Livonia, MI (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Salary Range:
$70,000–$90,000 depending on experience

Role Summary

Join a national organization as a Franchise Growth Marketing Manager and help drive strategic expansion efforts through targeted marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing campaigns that generate high-quality franchise leads and support long-term brand growth. You’ll work closely with senior marketing and development leadership to align messaging, build a robust prospect pipeline, and increase overall visibility in target markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy:
    Plan and execute marketing campaigns designed to attract franchise candidates and identify potential business opportunities for expansion.

  • Database & CRM Management:
    Build and maintain marketing prospect lists. Use CRM tools to segment audiences, track engagement, and optimize outreach efforts.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with the development, digital, and content teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business development goals and support franchise growth.

  • Performance Analysis:
    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to inform strategy adjustments.

  • Content Direction:
    Provide input and direction on creative assets, messaging, and calls-to-action to ensure campaigns are targeted, compelling, and on-brand.

  • Vendor Coordination:
    Manage relationships with outside vendors (as needed) for services such as creative, data sourcing, or campaign distribution.

  • Market Research:
    Conduct research on trends, competitor activity, and market demographics to identify growth opportunities and fine-tune messaging.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in franchise development, multi-location, or growth marketing roles

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho

  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign performance data

  • Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting franchise networks or marketing for multi-brand organizations

  • Experience with outbound lead generation and database segmentation strategies

  • Familiarity with lead nurturing, automated email campaigns, or marketing funnels
