Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $28–$32/hr
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients—providing exceptional service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, call center or office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and manage assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate inventory information using warehouse management systems and external websites.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues.
- Upload supporting documentation to sales orders (e.g., purchase orders, emails, bills of lading).
- Maintain and update container reports in Excel weekly.
- Invoice customer orders daily and issue credit memos as needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide responsive customer support.
- Assist and provide backup support to the Customer Service Manager.
- Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Call center experience or similar customer service experience is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or office support.
- Strong data entry, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
