Lead a High-Volume QSR Operation in East Ohio
We’re hiring experienced restaurant leaders for a high-volume quick-service restaurant group in the Youngstown / East Ohio market. This role is open to General Managers and strong Assistant General Managers who are comfortable running busy operations and leading teams in a fast-paced QSR environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role with clear expectations, strong systems, and long-term growth opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations and set the pace on every shift
- Coach, train, and develop crew members and managers
- Execute scheduling, labor control, and shift leadership
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Drive performance during peak volume periods
Who This Role Is For
- Current GM or strong AGM with QSR / fast-food experience
- Hands-on operators who lead from the floor
- Leaders comfortable with high-volume, structured environments
- Candidates open to nights, weekends, and a full-time leadership schedule
