Job DescriptionCompliance BSA Analyst (Banking)
-Location: Ventura, CA
-Pay: $24-35/hr DOE
-Position Summary:
• We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support BSA/AML compliance and fraud monitoring activities. This role is responsible for reviewing alerts, investigating suspicious activity, and ensuring accurate regulatory reporting.
-Key Responsibilities:
• Review and investigate BSA/AML and fraud alerts
• Analyze transaction activity and escalate suspicious findings as needed
• Prepare and file Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) accurately and on time
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews and maintain updated risk profiles
• Ensure accurate documentation and audit-ready records
• Support account closure processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
-Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in financial services
• Prior experience in BSA/AML or compliance strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
