We are seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team in the Eureka and greater St. Louis area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance while building strong, long-term relationships with clients. You will act as a trusted advisor in the community, helping individuals and families understand their coverage options and make informed decisions to protect what matters most.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who is self-motivated, coachable, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. You will work closely with April Knapp to learn agency processes, sales strategies, and insurance products while growing your own client base through networking and referrals. A Missouri Property & Casualty or Life license is preferred, but we are willing to provide training and licensing support for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound calling, follow-up on warm leads, and networking/social media engagement.
- Comprehensive Risk Analysis: Conduct Personal Insurance Reviews to identify gaps in a clients current coverage and recommend appropriate insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Business).
- Quote & Close: Prepare professional insurance quotes, overcome objections using product knowledge, and close sales to meet monthly production goals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients while ensuring existing policyholders receive high-level service.
- Policy Administration: Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Licensing: Obtain and maintain active insurance licenses as required by state law.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is beneficial.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and financial management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
