Max Bill rate: $30/hr included 2.75% MSP fee
Job title: Front Office Coordinator
Your responsibilities:

· Performs receptionist duties at the main office (answering and directing calls, receiving visitors and internal customers).

· Must use Bluetooth device to take calls if away from the desk except during meal periods and breaks.

· Supports local HR Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

· Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions or directing them to the right resource. Follow up on requests as needed.

· Assists in on-boarding of administrative team members by setting up workstation.

· Manage office supplies and perform monthly inventory.

· Support with coordination and cleanup pf activities, lunches, room set ups for audits, etc. as well as disseminate information to facility team members.

· Assists or prepares communications as requested.

· Processes mail

· Promotes a good work environment by being polite, cordial and projecting a professional manner in all interactions.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Essential skills and experience:

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an office or administrative type position
Basic skills with computer applications, to include Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and use new computer programs
Good to have:

Associates Degree with 2+ years of office administration experience
Understanding of local employment laws and payroll practices
Experience with ERP or Procure to Pay systems
Physical requirements and working conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation):

Ability to perform work at a computer and other administrative/managerial tasks?
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as is required by the operating areas (i.e. safety glasses, protective footwear, hard hat, hearing protection and, at times, a respirator)?
Ability to occasionally work a machine-paced continuous process that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with conditions which include:?
Hot/Cold temperatures (inclement weather)?
Indoor/Outdoor environment?
Dusty environment?(to include Wheat/Gluten allergens)
Noisy environment?
Frequent moving/vibration/ or other motion of equipment/processes?
Elevated Places?
Ability to perform work safely which may require:?
Occasionally standing, walking, rotating,?bending/stooping, twisting, crouching, kneeling, balancing and reaching?or lifting at varying heights
Occasionally climbing stairs
Occasionally lifting, and/or carrying
Other considerations:

Must be able to read, interpret instruction and technology and communicate effectively in English
Must be willing to work alongside your team including long days (days, evenings, and nights) as well as overtime, weekend or holiday work.
Must be authorized to work in the Unites states without sponsorship now and in the future
