What You'll Do...
- Prospect, qualify, and close residential recurring services and one-time jobs
- Respond daily to inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers
- Make outbound calls to prior customers and new prospects to generate leads
- Accurately quote services and update all activity in our CRM and PestPac systems
- Schedule technicians for sold services and complete follow-up calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to homeowners
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Accounting, and field teams
- Support special initiatives such as promotions and marketing events
- Participate in technician ride-alongs as needed
- Contribute to a positive, high-morale team environment
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business preferred)
- At least 1 year of sales or sales support experience
- Experience with phone-based or direct-to-consumer sales preferred
- CRM experience required (PestPac experience a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort working with data, percentages, and basic sales metrics
- Ability to learn and retain pest control industry knowledge through training
- Availability to work extended hours and occasional Saturdays as needed
