Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenters of all skill levels for projects located in and around Beaver Dam and Columbus, WI. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $28–$33/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Journeyman, Apprentice, or Trim Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:
- Ground-up residential new construction and remodel projects
- Rough framing including walls, doors, windows, and trusses
- Finish carpentry including cabinets, trim, case, and base
- Deck building, siding, and occasional small roofing projects
- Single-family and multi-family residential work
- Working as part of a skilled residential carpentry crew
Requirements:

- Proven residential carpentry experience (rough and/or finish)
- Journeyman-level or skilled apprentice experience accepted
- Must have carpentry hand tools and tool pouches
- Full PPE required: hard hat, safety glasses, boots, and high-visibility apparel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity expectations
- Reliable transportation
