Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building strong relationships and closing deals? At SupremeX, we are looking for an energetic Account Manager to manage key client relationships and drive new business growth across our expanding product portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established client base while developing new business in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. While Envelopes will be your primary product focus, you will also have the opportunity to sell across our full product offering, including Labels, e-Commerce Packaging, and Folding Cartons.
Your main territory will be the Chicago area, with opportunities to support sales across the broader SupremeX network. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growth, this role offers unlimited potential to expand your territory and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow relationships within an existing client base
- Increase share of wallet through strategic account development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Support customers through issue resolution, including quality, inventory, and credit matters
- Maintain strong knowledge of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in envelopes, print, packaging, or manufacturing-related industries
- College Diploma or University Degree preferred: (Graphic Communications, Business, or Sales-related programs are an asset)
- Strong communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid business acumen and customer relationship skills
- Tech-savvy
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
