Job Description

Fraser is currently seeking a clinical therapist to support children ages 2-6 with mental health diagnoses within an early childhood day treatment setting. You must hold a Master's degree in a mental health discipline and be on a clinical licensure track for this role or hold an active independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT or LICSW). In this unique position, you will collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders in the child's life, within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

  • Completed Master's degree and on track toward independent clinical licensure or hold an active independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW)
    • Social Workers - must have a graduate-level license (LGSW) or close to obtaining
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children with mental health diagnosis
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.

Caseloads:

  • Early childhood day treatment and outpatient (individual and family) therapy services working with children and families with mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing personalized, responsive client treatment plans
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy and skills training
  • Collaborate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Positively promote change in the areas of problem-solving, decision making, communication, and social skills
  • Provide work direction and leadership to staff in day treatment programs
  • Documentation

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full time, standard business hours
    • Clinical Trainee starting pay range $62,000-$64,000 annual salary - depending on qualifications
    • Mental Health Professional starting pay range $78,000-$82,000 annual salary - depending on qualifications
