Location: Fulton County , Georgia
Job Types: Full-time
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As an LMFT in our outpatient program, you’ll work with a diverse caseload spanning couples, families, adults, adolescents, and children. This is a unique opportunity to use your relational expertise in a setting that balances clinical independence with meaningful team support.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy using systemic and evidence-based models (e.g., EFT, CBT, Solution-Focused, Gottman Method)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EHR system
- Participate in interdisciplinary consultation and clinical team meetings
- Deliver services in-person, via telehealth, or hybrid formats depending on client and clinician needs
- Option to facilitate relationship or parenting groups and workshops
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Georgia (required)
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- 1–2 years of outpatient experience preferred (open to newly licensed therapists with strong clinical training)
- Experience working with couples, families, or children/adolescents
- Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive care
- Proficient in using EHR and maintaining clinical documentation
