Position: A/P – A/R Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

Sport Hyundai is seeking a motivated A/P–A/R Bookkeeper to support our daily financial operations. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process cash/check/credit card deposits daily.
- Maintain and balance the cash box; make timely deposits to the bank.
- Order, distribute, and put away office and dealership supplies.
- Input invoices for accounts payable and assist with payment processing.
- Create and mail out checks for vendor payments.
- Record incoming payments for accounts receivable.
- Provide receptionist lunch coverage on a rotating basis (shared among three team members).
- File and maintain paperwork, including cash, payable, and receivable schedules.
- Send out monthly statements at the beginning of each month.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, A/P–A/R, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with dealership systems is a plus.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
