Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Referral Generation Agent to join our team. This individual will engage with current customers to generate qualified referrals and help grow our customer base. The Referral Agent will educate customers on our referral program, gather referral information, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to current customers via phone calls, SMS, email campaigns, or approved messaging apps to encourage and collect referrals..
- Clearly communicate the details of our referral program and encourage customer participation.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to foster ongoing referral generation.
- Collect and record referral information accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to schedule visits with referred prospects.
- Follow up with customers and referrals regarding program details and next steps.
- Meet or exceed monthly referral generation goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience in customer outreach, inside sales, customer service, or referral program management preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional phone and written communication etiquette.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and customer databases.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Pay: $15.00 per hour + commission
