\n\nRadiation Therapist Job Requirements\n

- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist in a hospital or radiation oncology clinic\n
- Current Ohio state license and ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification\n
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications\n
- Clinical competency with Varian TrueBeam linacs, Halcyon, and Aria (version 15) required\n
- Experience with Vision RT / OSMS preferred\n
- Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record/charting system\n
- Experience treating diverse patient populations (pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric)\n
- Two professional references required (one must be from a manager, director, or formal leader)\n
\n\nKey Responsibilities (Radiation Oncology)\n

- Deliver safe, precise radiation therapy treatments using TrueBeam, Halcyon, and Aria systems\n
- Perform image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) tasks including CBCT, kV, and mV imaging\n
- Complete chart checks, verify treatment plans, and document treatments in Epic\n
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality oncology care\n
- Participate in emergency cases and follow hospital safety protocols and QA procedures\n
- Support treatment of a wide range of diagnoses, including head & neck, CNS, pediatric, and adult cancers\n
- Attend onboarding and orientation during the first week (8:00am – 4:30pm schedule)\n
