Role 1: Staffing Coordinator (Front Office / Recruiter Support)
Pay: $20–$22/hour + bonus eligible
This role is a foundational position within our staffing team. You will support recruiting and inside sales activities while developing the skills needed to advance into recruiting or sales roles.
What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and clients

Conduct high-volume phone outreach to candidates

Schedule interviews and manage calendars

Support recruiters with follow-ups, call campaigns, and onboarding

Process employment paperwork, verifications, and payroll data

Assist with marketing initiatives and office operations
Performance Expectations

Consistent outbound call activity and candidate engagement

Timely interview scheduling and follow-up

Accuracy in onboarding and administrative tasks

Responsiveness and professionalism in all communications
Role 2: Staff Recruiter (Inside Sales & Staffing)
Pay: $20–$24/hour + bonus + commission eligible
(Known internally as an Employment Specialist)
This role combines full-cycle recruiting with inside sales and client support. You’ll be responsible for results, relationship management, and contributing to branch growth.
What You’ll Do

Recruit, interview, and place candidates in light industrial and office roles

Manage multiple job orders and candidate pipelines

Conduct outbound calls to candidates and clients

Identify hiring needs, service opportunities, and upsell potential

Coordinate placements, onboarding, and start dates

Maintain ATS records and activity metrics

Inside sales outreach and opportunity identification
