HR Generalist
This role supports a wide range of human resources functions, fostering a positive and efficient workplace through effective people management and administrative expertise. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.

SALARY: $25-30/hr. DOE
SCHEDULE:Full-time, on-siteMonday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including posting positions, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
· Conduct new hire orientations and manage onboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee experiences.
· Maintain and update HRIS (UKG/Kronos) and employee records while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
· Provide support for payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations activities.
· Assist in implementing HR policies, compliance initiatives, and training programs to support organizational goals.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Proven knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures with 2–3 years of HR experience.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills with a high degree of professionalism.
· Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (UKG/Kronos preferred).
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
· Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role is primarily office-based and requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, walking, or moving between departments may be required to support HR activities and employee engagement events.
