Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A professional occupational therapist opportunity is available in Ridgeland, SC, serving a K-12 school setting. This contract position is for the current school year (CSY) with a start date as soon as possible through the end of the school year (EOSY). The role requires delivering occupational therapy services for PreK-12th grade students.

Responsibilities include:

Providing evaluation, treatment, and consultation services to support students school participation and success
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement therapeutic interventions
Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
Delivering services within the school environment to support physical, sensory, and cognitive needs

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with appropriate credentials
Experience working in school-based settings with PreK-12 students
Ability to provide direct OT services and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication and organizational skills essential

This role offers 37.5 hours per week and is contracted for the duration of the current school year. Two occupational therapist positions are open.
