Lori Henry State Farm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Receptionist who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a fast-paced, professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills who enjoys being the go-to person for organization, follow-through, and client interaction.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our customerssetting the tone for their experiencewhile supporting daily office operations and helping ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

About Our Growth


Were expanding across two locations and continuing to grow our presence in the community. Our current office serves the 19144 area, and we will be opening a second location in 19119 in May 2026. This growth creates exciting opportunities for team members who want stability, professional development, and the chance to grow with an agency thats investing in its future.

Licensing Information

Insurance licensing is not required for this role.
However, for team members who are interested in expanding their career path, we are happy to support and guide you through licensing in the future if desired.

Role Overview

As a Receptionist, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming, professional environment for both customers and team members. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate clearly will directly contribute to a positive customer experience and a productive office.

What Youll Do

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members

  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate office communications

  • Assist with handling incoming inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records

  • Support conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to route inquiries appropriately

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs as directed

  • Assist the team and Agent with administrative tasks, data entry, and special projects

  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment

What Were Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office setting

  • Professional, friendly, and dependable work style

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred

  • Comfort speaking with customers and supporting basic sales-related conversations

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
