Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based occupational therapy opportunity is available in Aurora, CO, for a dedicated professional to support students in grades K-12. This contract role runs from August 2026 through May 2027, providing specialized OT services to a caseload of approximately 20 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to the educational setting.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to support student development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide services approximately 10 hours per week over 1.5 days.
Qualifications:
- Valid occupational therapy credentials required.
- Experience working in school environments preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with K-12 students.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
