SynapseTBI is seeking a reliable, organized bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager to support our growing neurodiagnostic services team.
Responsibilities:

<li>Serve as point of contact for assigned accounts</li>
<li>Communicate with law firms, medical offices, and clients</li>
<li>Coordinate scheduling and case logistics</li>
<li>Track case progress and follow up as needed</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and documentation</li>
