Job DescriptionSalary:
SONS KIA is seeking an enthusiastic individual to be the dealership's customer satisfaction representative and fulfill the dealership's customer relations policies in an effort to build and retain a loyal customer base. This is a hands-on and high energy position that builds and retains a loyal customer base to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a customer relations program and ensure compliance.
- Conduct post sale follow-up and coordinate any issues/concerns.
- Work with the service department and ensure follow-ups are conducted and that customers are satisfied.
- Report on the overall customer atmosphere in the dealership.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and review with Managers.
- Maintain documentation of contacts made.
- Assist in ensuring customer complaints are resolved.
- Work with sales consultants to ensure post-sale customer contacts are made and that updated files and kept.
- Organize ways to build and retain effective customer relations for all departments of the dealership.
- Investigate and analyze customer complaints.
- Work closely with managers of all departments to assure satisfactory handling of customers.
- Devise customer follow-up systems for sales and service.
- Prepare agendas and conduct meetings on effective methods to improve customer relations.
Qualifications:
- Developing and maintaining customer satisfaction programs
- Prior experience at an automobile dealership is preferred
- High level customer satisfaction and conflict resolution
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong verbaland communication skills
- Valid driver's license required and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
