BigFoot Staffing is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Portland, OR. The position is a field-based hybrid role with a base salary of $80,000 + quarterly and annual commission structures and a Partner Track Opportunity for Top Performers.

The Role
This is a dedicated B2B sales role focused on developing new client partnerships for staffing and recruiting services across light industrial, skilled trades, and professional roles.
You will work collaboratively with the company owner and an experienced recruiting team to identify opportunities, win new business, and grow high-quality, long-term accounts. This is not a recruiter/sales hybrid - your focus is sales, and relationship development.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships
- Sell staffing and recruiting solutions to employers with:
- Light Industrial temp-to-hire jobs
- Skilled trades and technical roles
- Professional, administrative, and leadership positions
- Conduct sales efforts via phone calls, email, industry networking events, and in-person meetings
- Meet with HR leaders, operations managers, plant managers, and owners
- Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations to ensure strong delivery and retention
- Build a sustainable book of business that produces recurring gross profit

Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of recent B2B sales experience in staffing or recruiting
- Proven success selling to small and mid-sized employers in the PNW (Portland experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable operating independently and owning a territory
- Strong communicator who builds trust with operational and executive buyers
