Medical Assistant

Day to Day:
- Responsible for performing proper quality control procedures before proceeding with patient testing.
- Perform laboratory blood work.
- Perform blood draws Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing. Perform technical laboratory procedures in a timely manner with accuracy and precision, meeting the standards of all accrediting and regulating agencies.
- Prepare blood or bone marrow slides for evaluation.
- Send outside labs to appropriate facilities as dictated by the patient's insurance plan.
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
- WA State MA cert
- Experience Preferred in medical office
- Good standing tenure in other positions
Schedule/Shift:
- M-F 8a-5p (no nights no weekends)
