JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements (include but are not limited to):
You must be bright, outgoing and personable with the ability to connect with our customers and make them feel as a welcomed guest in our home. At least 1 year of professional customer service experience or sales is preferred.
- Previous retail sales experience a plus
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Confidence in your ability to be successful.
- A desire to work in a commission, performance-based environment.
- Great attitude with high-energy personality.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive
models; explaining warranties and services. - Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers.
- Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants maintain high CSI scores.
- Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of incoming inventory, features, accessories and how they benefit customers.
