Assignment Overview
Kaiser Permanente Downey is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide full‐time OR anesthesia coverage. This is a weekday, no‐call assignment with multiple shift options and a high‐variety case mix. Ideal for CRNAs who thrive in a busy OR environment and want consistent, predictable hours.
Start: ASAP (credentialing dependent) Schedule: Monday–Friday Shift Options: Multiple (facility will discuss during interview) Setting: Operating Room (OR) only Location: Downey, CA EMR: EPIC
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $255-260/hr.(plus travel and housing)
- OT Rate: $330/hr.
Clinical Scope & Duties
- Full OR anesthesia coverage
- No call
- High case variety (general, ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, etc.)
- Work within a collaborative anesthesia care team
- Standard CRNA responsibilities including induction, maintenance, emergence, and post‐op handoff
Required Qualifications
- Active California CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
- Recent OR anesthesia experience required
- EPIC experience preferred
- Clean malpractice preferred
