What You’ll Do:

Review and analyze group materials and enrollment forms to assess medical risk using approved guidelines.

Evaluate business eligibility including participation levels and legitimacy.

Process data in web-based underwriting applications and worksheets.

Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Analyze new business proposals, broker appointments, and employer group changes.

Build relationships with internal departments to improve agent and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong grasp of medical terminology and/or anatomy is essential.

Bachelor’s degree preferred — or equivalent insurance-related experience.
-
Familiarity with health insurance markets and underwriting concepts.
-
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office; experience with Access is a plus.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, typical business hours
