Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Diagnose and treat dental and oral health conditions.

• Deliver preventive dental services and patient education.

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

Leadership & Administration

• Support continuing education and training for dental staff.

• Ensure compliance with all regulations, standards, and clinic protocols.

• Participate in organizational planning, meetings, and recruitment efforts.

Community Engagement

• Represent the clinic at community events and health education programs.

• Provide technical guidance and oral health outreach to local organizations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental school.

• Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Missouri.

• Current BLS certification.

• Active DEA and Missouri BNDD registrations.

• Proficiency in EMR systems, electronic communication, and office software.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

• Commitment to public health principles and continuous professional growth.
