Precision Grinder (Centerless & CNC)
We are seeking skilled Precision Grinders to join our team across all three shifts. Whether you are an up-and-coming machinist or a Master Grinder, we have a place for your expertise. You will be working with industry-leading equipment, including Cincinnati, Studer, and Drake machines, to produce high-tolerance components.
Compensation & Experience Levels
- Entry Level (1–2 Years Experience): $25.00 – $30.00 / hr
- Master Level (5–10+ Years Experience): $30.00 – $40.00 / hr
Available Shifts
- First Shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
- Second Shift: 2:00 pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
- Third Shift: 10:00 pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday
Key Requirements
- Machine Expertise: Proven experience setting up and operating Cincinnati (Centerless), Studer, and/or Drake grinding machines.
- Technical Precision: Ability to hold tight tolerances (often ±.0001") and perform mid-process adjustments.
- Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T specifications.
- Tooling: Experience dressed wheels (diamond/vitrified) and selecting appropriate speeds/feeds for various alloys.
- Master Level Candidates: Must be able to perform complex setups from scratch and mentor junior grinders.
