SUMMARY:

This is a full-time position at our Lake Worth office.

  • Mostly computers and phones
  • We are a small professional services firm

OVERVIEW:

Using a computer and phones, the primary responsibilities of this position are to: keep track of the status and schedules of multiple concurrent jobs; allocate proper resources to jobs that are behind schedule; answer customer inquiries pertaining to services offered by our company; complete customer orders online; resolve customer complaints.

You will be on the computer and on the phone talking to customers most of the day -- if this is not a good fit for you, please do not pursue. This position is located in Lake Worth, TX 76135 (north-west Fort Worth area) at our physical office.

You must be: detail oriented; excellent at taking notes and recording conversations; capable of following through with multiple stakeholders simultaneously; able to accurately multi-task at a fast pace.

TYPICAL JOB DUTIES:

  • On computer and phone for extended time periods.
  • Provide technical assistance with customers.
  • Track customer issues and resolutions.
  • Interact with the customers on phone and/or by email.
  • Interact with office staff to help solve problems and provide a cohesive office environment.
  • Able to think on your own and troubleshoot problems effectively and timely.
  • Maintain current working knowledge of features and benefits of services sold by the Company.
  • Maintain a professional image on the phone as a Company representative.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with Company's clients.
  • Memorize, understand, and convey the Company Vision statement to all customers.
  • Place orders for customers, and follow up and advise the customer of the status of their orders on a timely basis.
  • Contributes to team effort by completing other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates degree, not necessary but preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

One to two years minimum related experience and/or training in a related field or environment.

COMPENSATION:

Depends on experience.
