Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Reach out to clients, assess needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets across various insurance products.
- Policy Support: Handle policy updates, renewals, and claims assistance.
- Training & Development: Participate in training and receive one-on-one mentorship with the agency owner.
- Community Presence: Represent the agency at local events and network within the community.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily agency operations to learn agency management.
- Path to Ownership: Gradually take on responsibilities aimed at preparing for agency ownership.
Requirements
- Licensing: Ability to obtain insurance licenses within a set timeframe.
- Experience: Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and tech proficiency.
- Community Involvement: Interest in networking and local engagement.
