Locations: St. Louis, MO 63101 & Las Vegas, NV 89147 (On-site)
Duration: 5+ Month Contract
Pay Rate: $21/hr on W2 (No benefits, No PTO)
Work Hours: • Missouri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (CST)/ • Nevada: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST)
About the Role
We are seeking a Disbursement Specialist to support escrow services across residential and commercial transactions. This role ensures accurate and efficient processing of escrow disbursements.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Process and disburse escrow transactions accurately
✔️ Review and prepare closing files
✔️ Verify balances and issue payments
✔️ Coordinate with lenders, buyers, and escrow teams
✔️ Follow procedures and resolve routine issues
Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of escrow/disbursement processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player with good communication skills
