Job Description
About Restore Hyper Wellness
At Restore, we coined the phrase Hyper Wellness™ because it captures our proactive, science-backed approach to helping people feel better, look better, and do more of what they love. We provide access to cutting-edge wellness therapies that stimulate the body’s natural healing processes and promote optimal performance and recovery.
Our retail locations are the opposite of a traditional medical office — they’re vibrant, high-energy, and welcoming. We empower customers to take charge of their health by providing education, transparency, and support in a social, modern environment.
Why Nurses Love Working Here
Our nurses describe this as “the most fun you can have at a nursing job while still making a meaningful impact.” You’ll work with proactive clients who are excited to feel their best, in a setting that’s both clinically professional and personally rewarding.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you will not only deliver high-quality wellness services — such as IV drips and intramuscular shots — but also play a key sales role, guiding clients toward the therapies that best meet their health and performance goals. You’ll combine your clinical skills with genuine customer care and a consultative approach to drive engagement, loyalty, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services & Client Care
- Perform nursing assessments in accordance with Restore’s medical protocols.
- Administer intravenous (IV) and intramuscular (IM) therapies using a range of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
- Oversee and monitor Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) sessions.
- Accurately document client treatments and notes in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Ensure client safety, comfort, and education throughout all services.
- Collaborate with providers and nursing directors to address client concerns or adverse reactions.
Sales & Client Engagement
- Educate clients about Restore’s full menu of services and the benefits of consistent wellness care.
- Confidently recommend and upsell appropriate therapies, packages, and memberships based on individual needs and goals.
- Contribute to studio sales goals by building strong relationships and converting first-time clients into loyal members.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Restore’s mission and values both in and outside the studio.
Team Support & Operations
- Assist with studio services beyond nursing (e.g., greeting clients, preparing therapy rooms, participating in local events).
- Maintain compliance with all safety, clinical, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in periodic nursing evaluations and team training.
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the state board.
- At least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting (e.g., ER, ICU, Med-Surg).
- Confident in administering IVs and injections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable educating and persuading clients.
- Outgoing, positive personality with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Sales-minded and driven to help clients commit to long-term wellness plans.
- Reliable, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic records and systems.
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base pay with performance-based bonus opportunities
- Free and discounted Restore services
- Health insurance and benefits for full-time employees
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding wellness brand
