Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

    \n
  • Execute work from manufacturing process plans, blueprints, routed instructions, or verbal direction
  • \n

  • Operate and set up multi-axis CNC milling and turning machines, including tramming machine heads
  • \n

  • Configure workholding setups: vises, angle plates, V-blocks, rotary tables, and super spacers
  • \n

  • Perform milling, drilling, tapping, and reaming operations to produce precision-machined parts
  • \n

  • Use precision measurement instruments: dial calipers, thread gauges, indicators, and micrometers
  • \n

  • Amend G&M codes at the machine level as required
  • \n

  • Deburr finished components and complete all required production documentation
  • \n

  • Adhere to AS9100 / ISO aerospace and defense quality standards
  • \n

QUALIFICATIONS

\n

    \n
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • \n

  • Two years of vocational training in machine trades or equivalent CNC shop experience preferred
  • \n

  • Ability to interpret technical blueprints and amend G&M code
  • \n

  • Proficiency in shop mathematics: geometry, fractions, and decimal conversion
  • \n

  • Strong mechanical and spatial aptitude
  • \n

  • U.S. citizenship required due to defense security protocols
  • \n
