About You:

• Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution, or currently enrolled in an accredited dental program.
• Hold a current, valid dental license for practice in the state, or be eligible to obtain one.
• DEA certification is required.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain it.
