Position Overview:
We’re looking for motivated, commission-based sales representatives to introduce our services to insurance agencies and small businesses across the U.S. This opportunity is perfect for a retired professional, former insurance agent, or stay-at-home parent who enjoys connecting with people and wants flexible, meaningful work that can generate ongoing income.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads (insurance agencies, brokers, small businesses)
- Explain the benefits of using virtual assistants for administrative and client service tasks
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations with decision-makers
- Close new accounts with leadership team support
- Maintain relationships and earn monthly recurring commissions
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or the insurance industry preferred (CSR, producer, or agency background a plus)
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Self-motivated and organized — works well independently
- U.S. residency required
Compensation:
- Commission-only position (no base salary)
- Generous first-month commission plus recurring monthly residuals
- Potential to earn $60,000+ annually with consistent effort
