- Ability to follow established classroom routines and protocols
- Professionalism and dependability, including strong attendance
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students, enhancing their educational experience
- Assist classroom teachers with instructional tasks, classroom management, and activity preparation
- Monitor students to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Support academic and behavioral goals as outlined by teachers and specialists
- Foster positive relationships with students, helping to build confidence and engagement in learning
- Maintain accurate records as required
