Project Manager – Landmark Mixed-Use Development (South Florida)
📌Location: South Florida. Must currently be located in South Florida or have immediate plans to relocate. NB: this position will not offer relocation assistance.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction on a large, high-profile mixed-use development in one of South Florida’s most vibrant coastal downtowns. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a transformational urban project that blends luxury residences, retail, modern office space, and engaging public areas.
The Role
You will oversee project delivery through to closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and coordination
You’ll work closely with executive leadership, design teams, contractors, and city agencies to drive successful outcomes on a complex, high-visibility project.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ experience managing large-scale mixed-use or multifamily projects
- Strong track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with public agencies and stakeholders preferred
