Job Description Job Summary The Corporate Tax Manager will lead all aspects of domestic and international tax compliance, planning, and strategy for a family-owned company that sources and distributes materials globally. This role involves managing tax matters related to corporate entities as well as the family's wealth-related tax issues including trusts and estates.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

  • CPA certification or Master's with specialization in taxation
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive tax management experience
  • Experience with international tax and transfer pricing
  • Familiarity with estate planning, trust taxation
  • Strong analytical skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working with large auditing firms like Deloitte or EY
  • Knowledge of ThomsonReuters Accounting/Finance System
